How long will it take to ship my car?
We can only give approximate time frames of course.
East coast to West coast approx 7 – 14 days
Most shipments approx 5 – 8 days

What is the normal procedure for shipping a vehicle?
The driver will call within 8 to 24 hours of your deposit with a pickup time. The deposit is required to procure a driver and a spot on the available truck. When the driver arrives you both will inspect the vehicle for damages. All damages will be recorded on the Bill of Lading. Your signature is required on the bill of lading at that time. No money is required until your vehicle has been shipped. The vehicle is loaded and the process begins. When the driver is near your drop off destination the driver should call with an approximate delivery time. We will also give you a courtesy call or text with delivery information.

Is my insurance required while in transit?
No. The auto transport carrier insurance covers any damages while in transit except acts of nature. We highly recommend that you do not leave items in the vehicle because they are not covered under the carriers insurance. If you choose to do so, you are doing it at your own risk.

What is the drop off procedure?
You or your representative must be present for both pickup and drop off of your vehicle. We require inspections and signatures in both instances. At the time of delivery Cash or Cashiers check is required for services rendered.

What happens if I can’t be there for delivery?
If you or your representative are not at the agreed location for pick up within a reasonable time. The carrier will take your vehicle to a local terminal for storage at your expense. We cannot stress enough the importance of being at the drop off point when the driver gets there. Tardiness or failure to appear causes delays in other shipments and times of delivery for other customers.

Do you screen drivers or carriers companies?
Yes. Awesome Auto Transporters uses the most professional and courteous licensed and insured drivers possible. We check all complaint logs on all drivers and or carrier companies to insure you get the best transport experience possible. In most cases Awesome Auto Transporter prefers to use two person crews to insure that your vehicle is in motion and under the drivers watchful eyes at all times.

How do I get the customer appreciation $50 rebate check offered by your company?
Your satisfaction and our reputation is very important to us. After your vehicle has been shipped we ask that you visit the transportreviews.com website and give a brief overview of your auto transport experience. Good or bad we want your feedback. After your review has been posted on the website a check for $50 will be mailed within 3 business days.
